R&D & Certifications
Different marks indicate the degree of conformity with the relevant standards.
Compliance by Design
Our product certifications are not retrofitted after the prototype is built — the compliance path is planned in parallel with R&D. During project definition we complete the planning of target-market regulations and the certification route, and lock down three compliance boundaries before design work starts:
- Market access: the certification requirements and certificate list for the target market (such as FCC, CE, CCC, KCC, RCM) together with the applicable revision of each regulation;
- Materials and component selection: component selection, derating design and supply-lifecycle assessment, favouring industrial- and automotive-grade parts that meet standards such as AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q200;
- Standards and margins: the applicable industrial and automotive standards, together with the EMC, safety and environmental-reliability test items, and sufficient performance margin reserved.
Only after these boundaries are fixed do we move on to schematic design, PCB layout and mechanical development. As a result, first-pass certification success rates are high, avoiding the time, cost and market-window losses caused by redesign and re-certification.
Design and R&D Capabilities
Our R&D team has strong independent R&D capability, particularly in industrial hardware, and enjoys an excellent reputation among Tsinghua alumni. Our technical lead / CTO has concurrently served as Chief Engineer of the Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University for many years. We cover the full stack — from circuits and chips, RF and sensing, to systems and software platforms — with end-to-end delivery capability:
- Circuits and chips: design and development of digital and analog circuits; RISC-V architecture design and development.
- RF and sensing: UHF, HF and LF radio-frequency technologies; RFID reader and functional module development and integration.
- Systems and equipment: industrial automation, motion control, embedded systems and opto-mechatronic equipment.
- Software and platforms: IoT access platform software development; large language models (LLMs) are integrated into our software development lifecycle — requirements analysis, architecture design, code generation and review, automated testing and documentation — shortening software development cycles by around 70% (a threefold or greater gain in efficiency) and enabling fast delivery of custom projects.
We welcome enquiries about custom R&D, ODM cooperation and joint development projects.
Certification History
Since 2015 the company has accumulated more than 20 certifications across countries and regions worldwide; product certification is applied for item by item, for a given model, target market and revision of a regulation. Certifications and patents both have a statutory term, so the corresponding rights for earlier models lapse naturally as products are iterated — this is normal industry practice and the natural result of taking every product generation through international standards.
