Employee Rights & Working Environment Policy
Chapter 1 — Policy overview and commitment
1.1 Our commitment
WalkHorizon Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “WalkHorizon” or “we”) firmly believes that lasting business success is built on respect, fairness and dignity. This Employee Rights & Working Environment Policy is our core commitment to every employee, setting out the fundamental principles and standards of conduct on which we jointly build a safe, fair, professional and vibrant workplace. We are committed not only to complying with the Labour Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Labour Contract Law and all other applicable laws and regulations, but also to pursuing internationally recognised good employer practice.

1.3 Management responsibility
Company management, and in particular the heads of each department, bear primary responsibility for effectively communicating, understanding and implementing this policy. The Human Resources department is the main body interpreting, promoting and overseeing the policy, and provides support and guidance for its implementation.

Chapter 3 — Specific policies
3.1 Fundamental employment principles
We maintain responsible and lawful employment practices.
- Voluntary employment: all employment relationships are established on a voluntary basis by both parties. The company firmly opposes and prohibits any form of forced labour, bonded labour or involuntary servitude.
- Lawful employment: the company employs only individuals of legal working age and with lawful working status. Although we operate in a non-labour-intensive industry, we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, and resolutely prohibit any employment practice prohibited by law or ethics.
3.2 Fair pay and benefits
We believe fair reward is a basic mark of respect for employees’ contributions.
- Statutory baseline: we ensure that no employee’s pay falls below the minimum wage standard set by Beijing, and we pay overtime strictly in accordance with national regulations.
- Pay fairness: the pay system is set on the basis of job value, individual ability, performance and market levels, and is committed to eliminating unreasonable pay differences.
- Benefits: the company pays social insurance (pension, medical, unemployment, work injury and maternity) and the housing provident fund for employees in accordance with the law. In addition, depending on business conditions, we provide supplementary benefit schemes such as annual health checks and team-building activities.
3.3 Reasonable working hours and rest
We advocate efficient working and respect employees’ right to rest and recover.
- Working hours: the company operates a standard working hours system. Where overtime is genuinely required by work needs, it is arranged after full communication with the employee in advance, and in strict compliance with national rules on overtime limits and pay.
- Leave: employees are entitled by law to public holidays, paid annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave and other forms of leave. The company encourages employees to plan and take their statutory leave to promote work–life balance.
3.4 No harassment or discrimination; diversity and inclusion
We are committed to a working environment that is free of harassment and discrimination and full of inclusion.

We value every employee’s voice.
- Open communication: the company encourages employees to raise constructive suggestions on work-related matters through team meetings, one-to-one conversations, suggestion boxes and other channels.
- Grievance mechanism: any employee who believes their rights have been infringed, or who witnesses behaviour that breaches this policy or the law, may raise a grievance or report it through confidential channels without fear of retaliation.
